YARN DYING

     Since 01.05.2007 Akmen Fabrics Industry and Trade A.S entered into the yarn dying branche. With our 120 employees we are dying all kinds of yarns for our own fancy-yarn and knitting fabric departments and also for the customers from the domestic market and foreign countries.

     In our yarn dying facility, which is equipped with the most modern technology, all phases are controlled , begun by forward-winding, dying , final winding and final inspection and packing by computers. In our modern laboratory the lab- tests are processed at very short time of period , so that is very favourable for our customers.

     We are dying all yarn types like 100% cotton, acrylic, polyester, polyamide, linen, wool or different compositions of these materials in bobbins.

     We procure the dyestuffs and chemicals from the best constituted producers.

     With consciousness to leave next Genarationen a pure environment , the negative impairments of nature are prevented by our modern biological purification plants.

     In our yarn dying facility , which have a rich colour and yarn pallet , all thread sizes from 6/1 Ne to 100/1 can be dyed.

     The dying assortments, like ‘’reactive’’ , ‘’indanthrene’’ , ‘’multicolour’’ etc., which needs high colors- , friction- , temparatur- and light fastnesses , we offer our customers with high competition opportunities.

     The objective for our yarn dying factory , with a daily capacity of 10.000 kg is:
